Contributing elements to this nomination include a house, a bank barn, a meat house, and rock fences. The Froman-McCann house began as a late18'*’century single-pen log house and evolved into a log dogtrot house before being finally transformed into its present appearance as a central-passage home with Italianate decorative features.
